Leroy Milton Jr., a California Licensed Investigator (CLI), is the Director and Chief Investigatior for MPI. He is a retired Police Captain with over thirty years of combine Military Law Enforcement and private criminal justice experience. Milton has a double Masters of Arts Degree (Administration of Justice / Human Relation.
Further, Milton is a honorably retired United States Air Force Officer with 24 years of active duty service. He is a highly decorated Vietnam veteran, awarded (4) Distinguish Flying Cross (3 for heroism).
